Blizzard to Host Benefit for Paralyzed Hockey Player, Jack Jablonski

ALEXANDRIA, Minn.—The Alexandria Blizzard will be hosting a benefit on January 19th, 2012 to raise money for the Jack Jablonski Fund.  The fund was established to raise money for the family of Jack Jablonski, a 16-year-old Minnesota hockey player who was paralyzed during a Benilde-St. Margaret High School junior varsity game on December 30th

The Blizzard host the Minot Minotauros at the Runestone Community Center on January 19th.  The team will donate half of the ticket revenue to the Jack Jablonski Fund and will be selling t-shirts and wristband to raise additional money.  Others donations can be made at the game or at any Wells Fargo Bank locations. 

The team is also asking fans to wear white to the game show their support.
