Blizzard Duo Gets Called Up To NAHL

The Alexandria Blizzard of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that two players this past weekend were called up to the North American Hockey League (NAHL) to play for two different teams.

Brandon Connett, 20, from Baldwin, WI is the Blizzard leading scorer accumulating 18 goals and 17 assists and is a +15 in 28 games this season.  Connett joined the Aberdeen Wings of the NAHL for their game in Bismarck this past Saturday Night. Since joining the Blizzard early last season, Connett has averaged over a point per game in his 79 career games with Alexandria.

Bailey Rosch, 19, from Alexandria, MN has appeared in 11 games for the Blizzard holding a 5-3-1 record and has a 3.83 GAA with a .865 save %. Rosch was called up to the Minot Minotauros this past weekend. This is Rosch’s second trip up the NAHL as he spent a weekend last season with the Brookings Blizzard.
