Atlanta shrugs off penalties, upends Alexandria, 4-1

Atlanta, which found itself down a man often, weathered Alexandria\’s power play opportunities and emerged with a 4-1 victory.

Atlanta was led by Kyle Rimbach, who tallied one goal. Rimbach scored on the power play 2:41 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Atlanta. Atlanta had gotten the advantage when Alexandria\’s Mason Hautala was sent off for slashing. Alex Johanson picked up the assist.
