Twin City climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat Alexandria, 4-3.
Twin City never led in the game until netting the game winner. Twin City trailed 2-0 after a goal by Alexandria\’s Logan Norman at 11:38 in the second period. Twin City knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Luc Kreuser at 8:12 in the third period. Twin City scored the game winner at 10:30 in the third period on a goal by Kreuser.
Kreuser was all over the ice for Twin City, as he tallied two goals and two assists in the win. Kreuser scored the first of his two goals at 1:42 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Yannick Zehnder assisted on the tally. Kreuser\’s next tally made the score 3-3 with 11:48 left in the third period. Zehnder picked up the assist.
Twin City forced Alexandria goalie Derrick LaCombe to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots.
